You can search for a QFA by entering at least one character of the first name AND at least three characters of the last name OR by entering the QFA Certificate No and then clicking the "Search" button. A list of all QFAs matching your search criteria will be displayed...

Important Notes on Searching

1.  Some surnames containing 'Mc' or 'Mac' are recorded with a space afterwards, and some are not e.g. check McConnell and/or Mc Connell.

2.  Some surnames beginning with 'O' are recorded with an apostrophe afterwards and some are recorded with a space e.g. check O'Shea and/or O Shea.

3.  Some people use a shorter version of their name in business but may have their full name on their membership record e.g. Pat or Paddy might be stored as Patrick.

4.  Some female members may not have yet changed their record to reflect a marriage name.  Check using their maiden name if you are aware of it.
