The QFA Diploma Course...
Introduction
A
joint venture between LIA, The Insurance Institute of Ireland and The
Institute of Bankers in Ireland, the Professional Diploma in Financial
Advice leads to the designation
Qualified Financial Adviser - QFA on successful completion of all six
modules. The six modules count as 6 of the 12 modules in the Joint
Financial Services Diploma (JFSD), which in turn forms Stage 1 of the
Bachelor of Financial Services Degree.
A
major review of the Professional Diploma in Financial Advice has been completed with the
key objectives being:

to split the overall content of the Professional Diploma in Financial
Advice into more manageable sized
units
-
to organise the material into blocks that logically reflect the financial
services market as it has developed in recent years.
