About The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme All QFAs have undertaken to participate in a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme to ensure that they keep abreast of all the latest developments in their industry. This programme is now fully up and running. Prior to launching the programme, the QFA Board held several consultation meetings with people from all over the Insurance Industry in Ireland, and sought advice from LIA UK and CII. The QFA Board’s priority was to establish a CPD programme that would be meaningful, relevant, accessible and achievable for the majority of QFAs.
